Triunity is contracted and tasked with the implementation of both Project Controls and Data Management Programs for MTA Construction and Development (C&D). Triunity is supporting C&D in linking these functional areas together to develop data into an organizational asset. Additional areas of focus will include leveraging best practice and innovation around performance measurement and project/program lifecycle management.
