Our People
Marvin Thomas
Board Chair/Northwest Region Director
"I have been blessed to work with some of the greatest folks in the world at Triunity, Inc. In the age of hurry up, what I have learned is that it still takes great people doing great things to build a great company. In the public transportation industry sector in which we reside, we are following a long line of other great companies and doing our part to contribute to the legacy."
As the Northwest Region Director and Co-founder of Triunity, Inc. Marvin is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our northwest operations. Mike Peek, PMP
Chief of Operations
Call me crazy....I am known for saying “Monday is my favorite day”. I love my weekends too with family and friends. But I do look forward to Mondays where I get to work with our folks, our clients and make an impact in our communities.
Mike is the Chief of Operations for our company. In this role, Mike leads our regional offices across the country to make sure our people, clients and shareholders are taken care of. He has over 35 years of industry experience in the program management sector working on major infrastructure programs. Leading teams at the program and project level has provided invaluable experience in transitioning to leading Triunity’s operations.
As a native of Colorado, Mike has a vested interest to see our front range presence flourish, but has the dedication and leadership to continue to make Triunity a growing national company tackling major programs. He grew up in Colorado, is a lifelong Colorado State Ram fan and continues to make Colorado his home; with Kansas as an adopted state because that is where his grandchildren are. Mike has been married to his wife JoAnn for over 30 years, has two adult children, and two grandsons (and expecting more).
Monte Menard
Chief Financial Officer
One of my favorite quotes is “The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall,” from Nelson Mandela.
Monte is a Colorado native with over 30 years of industry experience providing both overhead support in finance and accounting, as well as project management of large infrastructure projects. Monte attended both the United States Military Academy and the University of Colorado (Denver) where he graduated with a bachelor’s in accounting and later earned his MBA. His early career was spent in Chicago preparing financial statements in the cellular division. After spending a few cold winters in Chicago, he decided to move back to Colorado where he began working on an O&M contract for E-470. As he advanced in his career, Monte teamed up with Triunity’s Sean VonFeldt and Mike Peek doing project controls, while all at previous firms. Monte eventually made his way back to Denver where he teamed up with Sean and Mike again, but this time on the RTD FasTracks program. The band was back together! Eventually Jonnie Thomas was convinced to bring this motley crew on one by one, so that we could stay on the FasTracks project. The rest is history!
