MassDOT’s On-Call Services Contract (Statewide Program and Project Control Support Services) was designed to help with the Highway of the capital design and construction program.
Triunity is providing training and support services, which include scheduling, estimating, and budget development; support continuous improvement of business processes, including application of Lean, a continuous improvement methodology. We are also providing staff training on scheduling theory, scheduling best practices, and distinctions between programmatic, project and contract level scheduling requirements. Additionally, Triunity is offering technical expertise to develop, host, and customize specific Primavera P6 training(s) to staff for the critical review and analysis of P6 scheduling and reporting. This includes training for staff on Microsoft Project schedule development, maintenance and reporting.
In coordination with MassDOT staff, Triunity is developing and hosting estimating training(s) using RS Means Cost Data and Richardson Process Plant Cost Estimating manuals. We are also offering technical guidance and support in SharePoint development training, which relates to both project and construction functions. Finally, staff are supporting and assisting with Lean principles and guidelines, including hosting Lean events and developing Lean training around project controls.
