CCD National Western Center Program Management
Triunity is a key member of the project management team in charge of the strategy and implementation of construction management activities as part of the National Western Center (NWC) program. Under a current task order, we are providing staff as a co-located team to support the program management and development of project activities. Over the life of the program, we will be providing additional project management, construction management, and engineering services.
As the City’s Office of the NWC conducts preliminary studies and land consolidation and into design and construction, we will act as their extension, providing specialized expertise as required, including program planning, management, and oversight.
Triunity successfully negotiated two complicated railroad agreements with Denver Rock Island and BNSF Railway, along with an intergovernmental agreement between the City and RTD.
Triunity also provided utility program management services to deliver utility relocations and installations on the campus. Triunity coordinated with utility owners, design teams and the City to provide innovative solutions for the installations of campus utilities, as well as negotiate utility easements and agreements.
