Community

We make strategic community investment & corporate social responsibility an essential and significant part of our organization

Triunity works towards the broader goals of access to resources and opportunities for all, a more equal society, and a sustainable future. Our community investment gives people and organizations access to infrastructure, human resources and business capacity. This is leveraged through local enterprise initiatives, mentorships, internships, financial contributions and support of charitable organizations.

The commitment to perform ethically and contribute to social initiatives for the communities in which we live and work is reflected in our company values, culture and spirit. This is driven by our policies and strategies; and it is delivered through our core business practices, which provide expertise to programs and projects that benefit our communities.

Tennyson Center for Children

The Tennyson Center for Children has served Colorado’s at-risk children since 1904. The center is known for a high standard of care across all our programs and services. These services include an accredited Therapeutic K-12 School and Day Treatment Program with a 4:1 student-to-staff ratio on our campus and Community Programs in 18 counties across the state. In previous years, Triunity has adopted a classroom of about 10 students and provided enrichment toys and participated in various activities helping the children excel in their education. Triunity continues to support the Tennyson Center through a variety of activities and donations.

Denver Dream Center

The Denver Dream Center connects those in need to a community of support by providing free resources and services that address immediate and long-term needs in the areas of homelessness, hunger, poverty, addiction, abuse, and education and assisting those transitioning from various levels of incarceration. Triunity has been a proud partner of the Dream Center since 2021 and participates in programs such as Adopt-A-Block, which is an event that builds long-term relationships and trust with neighborhoods throughout the city. Triunity also attended the center’s Night of Dreams Gala for an evening of inspirational speaking and fundraising efforts.

Colorado Association of Black Professional Engineers and Scientists (CABPES)

The Colorado Association of Black Professional Engineers and Scientists (CABPES) is a non-profit organization dedicated to encouraging African Americans and other underrepresented youth to pursue science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) careers. By doing so, the number of minority STEM professionals will increase to the level that better represents the minority population, while assisting industry in meeting the growing demand for STEM professionals. The professionals at Triunity participate in CABPES tutoring programs, and our CEO, Jonnie Thomas, recently taught a leadership class to some of the youth within the organization.
